WEATHER WAR

Times have certainly changed, and with the changing of time comes a changing world. As the blindfolds are being removed from the eyes of science, amazing discoveries and inventions are coming forth. The ability that man possesses in his mind is astounding. When one thinks of all that mankind is presently doing, then consider the fact that he is using only approximately 14% of his brains capability. This means that 86% of his natural power is untapped. Understanding this fact, one may ask, what couldn't man do if he used 100 % of his brains capability? We have split the atom, put man on the Moon and robots on Mars, discovered the electron, cloned a sheep and much more. Can one imagine what man could accomplish using 100% of his brain? The subject that I have chosen this month deals with man’s ability to manipulate weather. We, to some degree, have learned how to use weather as a weapon of war; which is frightening. However, the technology in itself is not bad; the problem is man. The Word of God states, " The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Jer 17:9. Man, in this condition is extremely destructive. He is a case study for mental retardation. Think for just a moment, if a child was born with 86% of his brain dead, he would probably be considered little more than a vegetable. This is exactly the case with fallen man. I don’t mean to be repetitious, but remember, the scientist among us are approximately 86%  brain dead. No wonder God said, "My ways are not your ways and your ways are not mine...My thoughts are as high above your thoughts as the heavens are above the earth." Technological achievements have always brought forth more destruction than they have comforts. One may consider the advantages of air and heat, the automobile, airplanes, ect. Consider television, it’s so called "entertainment value" has been reduced to nothing more than an idiot box . Television is a propaganda machine for subversive activity and the promotion of homosexuality, socialism, and the adverse programming of America’s children. It is also sad to think, that all of our "comforts" could be wiped out at any given moment by our ability to split the atom. Man’s heart is "desperately wicked" therefore, he will never be able to be trusted with technology. For this reason I find weather manipulation so frightening. It will only be used to further someone’s personal agenda. In the pages that follow we will look at some of the things already being done in the area of weather manipulation .

THE HAARP PROJECT..

In the last edition of the Eagle’s View titled, "Creation, is there any proof ?" There was a segment titled Weather war. I brought to your attention the three demonstrations that the Russians allegedly provided for China concerning what they called their Geo- physical warfare arsenal. Russia gave the Chinese government dates times and places where they (the Russians) would set off three earthquakes. The quakes appeared right on time just as was promised. This demonstration took place in 1982. Since then technology has been doubling on an average of every eighteen months. It is no secret that science has within it’s power the ability to cause many kinds of "natural" disasters. One of the major areas of concern today is the government’s tampering with the weather. The Alaskan based project known as HAARP (pronounced harp) is an experiment with the ionosphere. The ionosphere is the electrically charged band of ions and electrons lying some 50 to 500 miles above the earth. The government wants to shoot millions of watts of power into this region to "see what happens." The following is an article written by Garr Smith. At a remote Alaskan outpost 140 miles north of Prince William Sound, the Pentagon is quietly erecting the world's most powerful "ionosphere heater." The 30 million dollar High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Project, (HAARP), would ultimately beam in excess of one gigawatt (1 billion watts) of radiated power into the Earth's ionosphere--the band of electrons and ions lying from 50 to 500 miles above the planet's surface. But why would anyone want to do such a thing? A November 1993 "Fact Sheet" released to the public describes HAARP as "purely a scientific research facility which represents no threat to potential adversaries and would therefore have no value as a military target." But documents obtained through the Freedom of Information Act tell a different story.

One internal HAARP document boasts of "exciting and challenging...potential to control ionospheric processes." HAARP's goal is to "perturb" the ionosphere with powerful blasts of energy to see "how it responds to the disturbance." Scientists envision using it to burn "holes" in the ionosphere and "create an artificial lens" in the sky that could focus large bursts of electromagnetic energy. The Pentagon also wants to know if HAARP could be used to disrupt communications, destroy enemy missiles or control global weather. Sci-fi freak Newt Gingrich was one of its early supporters. Building the HAARP transmitter requires cutting spruce forest and filling wetlands. Its six 3,600-horsepower diesel generators would burn 95 tons of diesel fuel per day, producing over seven tons of air pollution. The project's environmental-impact statement notes that the site "lies within the Copper River Basin, which is one of Alaska's more important migration corridors" for birds, which could be fried by flying through HAARP's 10-megahertz beams. Swans, owls and ducks could also crash into its maze of antennas.

The HAARP fact sheet states that "most of the energy of the high-power beam would be emitted upward rather than toward the horizon." But other government documents reveal that "80-90 percent of the experiments would...refract fundamental radio frequency energy Earthward from the ionosphere." The nearest large cities are Fairbanks and Anchorage. Over the past three decades, human electromagnetic exposure has been linked to fatigue, irritability, memory loss, cataracts, leukemia, birth defects, cancer and changes in brain chemistry. While a government study on the "bioeffects" of HAARP radiation concluded that "chronic exposure may not necessarily be harmful," other government documents warn that such radiation is powerful enough to explode highway flares in passing vehicles a quarter-mile away and disrupt cardiac pacemakers in jet passengers flying overhead. The Pentagon has already decided that HAARP's radio interference is too intense to allow it to be located near any military facilities! Native peoples in Alaska are fighting HAARP. Inupiat leader Charles Etok Edwarden Jr. of the Kasigluk Elders Conference declares: "Many of us are not happy with the prospect of altering the Earth's atmospheric properties.  We do not wish to be anyone's testing grounds, as the Bikini Islanders have been!" In 1994, the Deputy Secretary of Defense called for boosting HAARP funding from $5 million to $75 million in the 1996 defense budget to finance a new project that would aim HAARP beams back at the planet to "allow earth-penetrating tomography over most of the Northern Hemisphere"--in effect, turning HAARP into the world's most powerful "X-ray machine." According to a Senate report, this capability would "permit the detection and precise location of tunnels and other underground shelters. The absence of such a capability has been a serious weakness for plans for precision attacks on hardened targets." Retired Princeton University physicist Dr. Richard Williams has denounced ionospheric tinkering as "an irresponsible act of global vandalism." May we take a closer look at what we just read?. HAARP has the potential to be used as a big eye in the sky. Lets look again, at something stated from the last page. [ According to a Senate report, this would "Permit the detection and precise location of tunnels and other underground shelters."] Using the ionosphere as a sort of mirror, the HAARP beams can be reflected back to earth, then used as the worlds most powerful X-ray machine. This giving the government the ability to locate under ground tunnels and shelters. Man’s desire is to be God. He wants to know all, see all and be all. This is exactly what the "New World Order" is all about. The HAARP..., what a weapon! I have often times dealt with the foolish ideas of some "prophecy teachers," telling people where they need to go to escape from the antichrist. There will be no place to run. David J Smith, in his butchering of the book of Revelation, believes that the woman in Revelation chapter 12 is the church. He then goes on to state, "The place God has prepared for the church to hide from the antichrist in the last three years of the tribulation, is somewhere in Texas. With all due respect that is foolish. There will be no hiding place in the tribulation. With satellites the government can track every move that is made. With computers they can track every transaction made. Now with HAARP, they can find all the gopher holes that the modern, anti-rapture church is trying to get people to dig for themselves, so they can hide from the antichrist.  Lets draw out another article from page two. {Over the past three decades, human electromagnetic exposure has been linked to fatigue, irritability, memory loss, cataracts, leukemia, birth defects, cancer and changes in brain chemistry.} With the HAARP project, comes the ability to disorient the enemy. High doses of electromagnetic exposure can actually change the chemistry of the brain. When the chemistry of the brain is changed you cease to be who you are. It would cause hallucinations, seizures and many more things to happen.  One can see, that this is in fact, a major weapon that will be used in the tribulation period. Let’s look at one more clip from the article. {Government documents warn that such radiation is powerful enough to explode highway flares in passing vehicles a quarter-mile away and disrupt cardiac pacemakers in jet passengers flying overhead. The Pentagon has already decided that HAARP's radio interference is too intense to allow it to be located near any military facilities!} This will give the government the ability to detonate ammunition stock piles where ever they choose. They can also zero in on any group that may be resisting their new world order conspiracy. I remind you of a passage of scripture in the book of Revelation, And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Who is able to make war with him? Rev 13:4

The military has big plans for the many different functions this project qualifies for. One such function being defense weaponry. In U.S. Patent #4,686,605 (one of twelve HAARP related patents) it states that by transmitting a multitude of electromagnetic waves at varying frequencies, over a given region "This can cause confusion of or interference with or even complete disruption of guidance systems employed by even the most sophisticated of airplanes and missiles." Also achieved would be communication breakdown as well as loss of power. It can completely disable electrical systems. {My comments} Once again, we see that HAARP will provide the government with the ability to disrupt communications anywhere they so desire. This will be of great importance when the New world order is fully operational. {end of comment.} Many leading edge scientists describe global weather as not only air pressure and thermal systems, but also as an electrical system. In the book "Angels Don't Play This HAARP," authors Dr. Nick Begich and Jeane Manning found that as far back as 1958, the Chief White House Advisor on weather modification, Capt. Howard T. Orville, said the DOD (Department of Defense) was studying ways to manipulate the charges of the earth and sky and so affect the weather by using an electronic beam to ionize or deionize the atmosphere over a given area." {comment} Not only does this last statement show the desire of the government to "manipulate earth and sky," but it also shows that the weather could be manipulated over any particular area.
